Vintage by the Sea Festival at the Midland Hotel and Table Styling by Itsy Bitsy Vintage.

Hello,  we couldn't resist sharing some photos with you today after such an amazing Festival at the weekend. It was amazing to be involved in 'Vintage by the Sea', the Midland Hotel's 80th birthday celebrations organised by Wayne and Geraldine Hemingway. We were blessed with amazing blue skies and incredible views of the Lake district mountains across the Bay. The Festival really showcased the town and the Hotel at it's very best, and we enjoyed the company of so many friends, creative companies and traders who added to this event.

Itsy Bitsy Vintage were lucky enough to be asked to design the centrepieces and style the sun terrace tables for their key evening event, the 1930's themed Torch Club Ball. We carefully sourced props and worked closely with the design couple to create an appropriately glamorous mood for this sold out event. We now have a growing collection of charming vintage seaside photographs and postcards of Morecambe and the Midland Hotel in it's heyday.

Pretty Itsy Bitsy Vintage teapots used to serve Mock Turtle soup!

Photos are being shared on the Vintage Festival  facebook page as we speak, and you can see a full gallery of our work on our new facebook and pinterest album, 'Vintage by the Sea'. If you were lucky enough to come, we hope you enjoyed an amazing day. As local lasses it was so lovely for us to see Morecambe heaving with so many visitors and vintage lovers, we had a ball!

Many thanks to our wonderful photographer, Jonathan Bean Photography, who's done us proud once again with these wonderful photos! To hire any of our props or to talk about centrepiece design and our other styling services, please visit the props hire page of this site and get in touch!
